Description

This magnificent project, designed by a Barcelona architect, perfectly exploits the qualities of the site on which it will be built. Indeed, its large south facing plot (43,806 m2), with full view of the ocean, offers a superb setting for this unwaveringly contemporary construction whose first sketches assert a beautiful personality. The house merges wonderfully with the landscape to harmonise with the natural environment. Spread over 255 m2, it is almost entirely on the ground floor, harnessing the interplay of light and transparency. Comprising four distinct volumes and an internal courtyard which illuminates the central space, creating panoramic vistas across all living spaces. The two-tiered roof with its traditional aspect and use of classic materials gives a nod to the familar Portuguese country house. Ref. VPRS134
